SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROKAT HOUSES
PROKAT HOUSES: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ANTISEISMIC CONSTRUCTIONS MADE OF CONCRETE AND IRON PERMITTED BY THE ENVIRONMENT`S DEPARTMENT
They consist of concrete with beams per 0.50 cm, Tseler type and iron C 160 around the base. On the upper part of the beams, a grid of 10x10 cm and thickness 6 mm is placed, which is stuck to the grid. All the floors are covered with plates of your choice. The overall thickness of the floor is 17 cm.
They are made of concrete and grid of 10 x10, thickness 6mm and beams per 0, 50 cm. around the wall, a metallic frame C 100 is placed. The insulating material is placed between the beams and the grids. The concrete covers both the two surfaces of the wall encircling the insulating material.
By this kind of construction, we manage to have an excellent behaviour during an earthquake regardless of its size. The walls are coated at both sides (slush grout-plaster). The internal walls are painted with plastic while the external with acrylic colour. The overall thickness of the walls is 15 cm.
3. FRAMES OF DOORS AND WINDOWS
They are made of aluminum, easily opened, white, double-glazing and heat-insulating. The main door is made of aluminum panel, while the internal parts consist of aluminum and wooden panels.
They are coated with ceramic tiles which are chosen by our pattern book, according to the customer` s choice. The plumbing fixtures are of white colour, made of porcelain, while the wash-basins and the baths are equipped with mixing batteries.
Made of M.D.F. of pattern and colour of the customer` s choice. It can consist of rustless or coloured sinks with two basins, mixing batteries and ceramic tiles.
6. ELECTROLOGICAL INSTALLATION:
It includes pipes, wires, table, sockets and switches. All the materials are according to E.L.O.T... Everything is constructed according to E.I.E. rules and our customers' wishes.
7. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION:
The hydraulic installations of drinking water will be made of copper pipe covered in plastic outward, while the drains of plastic pipes.
